Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1995
Tim graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 where he majored in Marketing and received a B.A. in Business Adminstration. He joined CB Richard Ellis is June, 1995, and began practicing commercial brokerage. In May, 2005, after 10 years with CBRE, he and 5 other respected brokers came together to form RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, a locally owned full service brokerage firm. During his tenure at CBRE, Tim earned the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations. In fact, at the time he achieved his SIOR designation in 2000, Tim was the youngest broker nationwide to have earned both designations. Tim was also awarded the Broker of the Year by the local BOMA chapter in 2000, and was named REALTOR of the Year by the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS in 2006. Tim specializes in tenant representation and multi-market corporate services; he represents users of commercial real estate on a local, regional, and national basis. He is responsible for his clients' space acquisition process and all corresponding negotiations. In addition to these resonsibilities, he also leads RCRE's internal training program and business development initiatives.
